Job Description

Delivery Coordination:

  • Liaise with partner restaurants and delivery service providers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor ongoing deliveries and proactively address potential delays or issues.

Customer Assistance:

  • Respond to delivery-related inquiries from restaurant clients and end customers via WhatsApp, chat, or email.
  • Resolve complaints related to food delivery, including delays, incorrect orders, or missing items, by communicating with both clients and delivery partners.

Issue Resolution:

  • Quickly assess and address delivery issues, escalating them when necessary to ensure rapid and efficient resolution.
  • Maintain a record of recurring issues to help identify patterns and improve service.

Order Tracking and Updates:

  • Provide customers with real-time updates on order status, including ETA adjustments and any unexpected delays.
  • Update customers on any substitutions or changes in delivery based on inventory or availability.

Quality Assurance:

  • Gather feedback from customers on delivery quality and report any issues with packaging, presentation, or handling.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement in delivery standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed logs of all delivery interactions and resolutions.
  • Generate regular reports on delivery metrics, including response times, complaint rates, and delivery accuracy.


Candidates must have working laptop & internet. Sundays are working. Week Off will be given on weekdays.
