Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who can bridge the gap between customer and brand. Solve day to day customer's queries and complaints while helping us in making better decisions by keeping customer's needs in mind.


Responsibilities:

  • Resolving pre and post purchase customer queries.
  • Catering to customer queries received from all functional modes
  • Maintaining customer records across the channels
  • Attending all the calls from customers and resolving their queries regarding orders, complaints, order tracking and related issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, E-commerce, Marketing) within Vediko to ensure customer concerns are resolved at the earliest.
  • Help improve the internal processes using customer feedback as the main criteria.
  • Achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Building a good feedback loop for past customers.
