Job Title: Customer Support Representative – Blended Process (Voice & Non-Voice)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Customer Support Representative for a Blended Process (Voice & Non-Voice) role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with handling both voice and non-voice communication channels, proficient in both Hindi and English, and ready to work in rotational shifts. The candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and have prior experience of 1 to 2 years in a customer support or related role.


Key Responsibilities:

Voice Support:

  • Responding to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Listening to customers' concerns, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Explaining product or service features and benefits in a clear, concise manner to enhance customer understanding.

Non-Voice Support:

  • Responding to customer queries via email, chat, or other messaging platforms in a polite and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and product/service support.
  • Managing and updating customer accounts, resolving technical issues, or providing information as required.


Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a customer support role (blended voice and non-voice).


Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Ability to switch between languages effortlessly depending on customer needs.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer concerns effectively.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize customer requests.
  • High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and software (e.g., CRM, email/chat platforms).
