Job Summary
As a Customer Relationship Executive at Zekay India Finance, you’ll be the face of our brand — helping clients make informed financial decisions while ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience with our services. Your role will be to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and support them throughout their financial journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Explain and promote Zekay India Finance’s products and services, including loans, investments, and digital finance solutions.
- Provide accurate financial guidance and assist clients in selecting suitable services.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Track and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Maintain client records, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer engagement targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, financial sales, or relationship management preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle client concerns with professionalism.

- Prior experience in financial services, NBFCs, or banking.
