Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Executive at Zekay India Finance, you’ll be the face of our brand — helping clients make informed financial decisions while ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience with our services. Your role will be to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and support them throughout their financial journey.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Explain and promote Zekay India Finance’s products and services, including loans, investments, and digital finance solutions.
  • Provide accurate financial guidance and assist clients in selecting suitable services.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Track and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Maintain client records, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer engagement targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, financial sales, or relationship management preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle client concerns with professionalism.
