Customer Relations Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage and build strong relationships with customers over the phone. The role involves explaining new products, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and following up on new leads to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer relationship management primarily over phone calls
• Explain and promote new products and services to customers clearly and confidently
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and provide updates on offers, products, or changes
• Follow up on new customer data/leads provided by the company
• Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Build long-term relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues
• Requirements & Skills:Proven experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain products and services clearly over the phone
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in sales, customer support, or CRM roles
• Knowledge of CRM tools/software is an advantage
