Pay Range: Competitive, based on expertise and value proposition

Pay Range: 23,000-50,000


Department: Customer Experience / Operations


Reports To: Management / Founder


Job Overview- We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client communication and ensure a smooth experience from project onboarding to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, designers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely updates throughout the interior design process.


Key Responsibilities


·  Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and updates.

·       Coordinate with design, execution, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project flow.

·       Maintain and update client records, project details, and communication history in the CRM system.

·       Address client queries, concerns, or complaints and ensure timely resolution.

·       Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.

·       Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, and documentation.

·       Track project milestones and share regular updates with management.

·       Support the team in handover processes and post-project client engagement.

·       Help build long-term relationships that can lead to referrals and repeat clients.



Required Skills


·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability

·       Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

·       Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and documentation

·       Strong follow-up and organizational skills



Qualifications


·      Experience in interior design, real estate, architecture, or luxury services is preferred

 

·       1–3 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer relationship management
