Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused CRM – Tele sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, generate sales leads, close insurance policies, and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM systems.

• Key Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound tele sales calls for insurance products (Health, Motor, Life, PA, SME).
• Convert leads provided through CRM, digital platforms, and referrals into successful sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer data, call logs, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Ensure policy issuance, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer support and post-sales service.
• Experience in insurance tele sales or CRM sales.
• Good understanding of Health & Motor insurance products (preferred).
• Ability to work on CRM tools, dialers, and basic MS Excel.
• Target-driven, result-oriented mindset.
• Customer-centric approach with good follow-up skills.
