Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage client interactions, shipment coordination, and issue resolution within our logistics operations. The candidate will ensure smooth communication between customers, transporters, and internal teams to deliver high service standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, queries, and complaints
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams for timely dispatch and delivery
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details
• Prepare and share reports on delivery status, delays, and service performance
• Ensure proper documentation (LR, POD, invoices, etc.) is maintained and shared
• Follow up on pending shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Support billing and payment follow-ups when required

• Skills & Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email communication, ERP systems)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
