Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Customer service executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong background in financial markets.



Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers.

Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue.

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives



Requirements:

- Should have knowledge of financial market and capital market.

- Should be familiar with equity brokers, capital market participants, sub broker.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
