About UsOla Car Wash – The Detailing Gang® is a premium car wash and detailing brand operating in South Delhi with a growing Pan-India franchise network. We specialize in professional car detailing, steam car washing, ceramic coating, PPF, and doorstep car wash services.

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can manage customer interactions professionally and enhance our service experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to WhatsApp, website, and social media inquiries
• Book service appointments and coordinate with operations team
• Maintain CRM records and customer database
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Upsell premium services like detailing packages, ceramic coating, etc.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and reviews
• Maintain daily call and lead reports
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support / telecalling / service industry
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
• Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in automobile or service industry will be an advantage
• Good convincing and coordination skills
• Strong follow-up and closing ability
• Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
