Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve product or service-related queries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, issue resolution, and technical support
