Job Description
Order Verification:Contact customers via phone or email to verify order details, shipping addresses, and payment information.
- Confirm product availability and delivery timelines to customers.
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally.
- Non-Delivery Report (NDR) Management:Monitor and manage NDR reports to identify failed deliveries and shipment issues.
- Contact carriers and delivery partners to investigate the reasons for NDRs.
- Work closely with customers to reschedule deliveries or update shipping information to prevent future NDRs.
- Shipping Orders:Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and invoices as needed.
- Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery and update customers on their order status.
- Customer Communication:Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delays, or any potential issues.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or refunds as necessary.
