Job Description
Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper records of outstanding invoices and payment status.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for reconciliation of payments.
Share payment reminders and statements with customers.
Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports of collection status.
