Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IndiaMART Executive who has complete knowledge of handling the IndiaMART portal independently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing inquiries, client communication, and converting leads through effective coordination and follow-ups.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complete IndiaMART portal operations
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries efficiently
• Regular calling and follow-ups with potential clients
• Maintain proper data of leads and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
• Prepare quotations and share product details with clients
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers
• Ensure smooth communication and professional client handling

• Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience handling IndiaMART portal
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Experience in calling and client coordination
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email handling
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Responsible and self-motivated candidate
