Job Title: IndiaMART Executive
Location: Mangolpuri b block
Salary: (As per company standards)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IndiaMART Executive who has complete knowledge of handling the IndiaMART portal independently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing inquiries, client communication, and converting leads through effective coordination and follow-ups.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete IndiaMART portal operations
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries efficiently
- Regular calling and follow-ups with potential clients
- Maintain proper data of leads and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Prepare quotations and share product details with clients
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers
- Ensure smooth communication and professional client handling
- Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience handling IndiaMART portal
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Experience in calling and client coordination
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email handling
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Responsible and self-motivated candidate
