Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat related to travel services.
  • Provide information about tour packages, flights, hotels, visas, and travel policies.
  • Assist customers with bookings, confirmations, and itinerary details.
  • Resolve customer issues related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
  • Suggest suitable travel options based on customer requirements and budget.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and vendors.
  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Collect post-travel feedback to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
