Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat related to travel services.
- Provide information about tour packages, flights, hotels, visas, and travel policies.
- Assist customers with bookings, confirmations, and itinerary details.
- Resolve customer issues related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
- Suggest suitable travel options based on customer requirements and budget.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and vendors.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Collect post-travel feedback to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
