Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly in VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic formulas, to help manage, interpret, and present data for informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create and maintain reports using Excel with PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and other functions.
• Clean and organize raw data for effective analysis.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Present findings in a clear and concise manner through charts and summaries.

Qualification

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic formulas.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with large datasets accurately and efficiently.

Good communication skills to explain data and analysis results.

Prior experience in a similar data-related role is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other data tools like Google Sheets, Power BI, or SQL (optional).

Basic understanding of data visualization.
