- Job Description – Data Analyst (NBFC)🔹 Position: Data Analyst🔹 Industry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)🔹 Department: Operations / Risk / Analytics🔹 Location: [Mention Location]🔹 Experience: 1–4 Years🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze loan portfolio data, disbursement trends, and collection performance
- Monitor NPA (Non-Performing Assets) and identify risk areas
- Extract and manage data using SQL / Excel
- Create dashboards using Power BI / Tableau
- Support business team with data-driven insights and reports
- Track customer behavior, repayment patterns, and default trends
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain data quality
- Automate reports to improve efficiency
- 🔹 Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros)
- Good command over SQL
- Experience in Power BI / Tableau
- Basic understanding of Python (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 🔹 Domain Knowledge (NBFC / Finance)Understanding of loan products (PL, BL, LAP, etc.)
- Knowledge of EMI calculation & interest structure
- Familiarity with NPA and credit risk analysis
- Understanding of collection and recovery data
- 🔹 Educational QualificationGraduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 🔹 Key CompetenciesAttention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure (especially during month-end)
- Time management & multitasking

- Hands-on experience with MIS reporting and dashboards
