Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Menu Data Entry Operator to digitize restaurant menus accurately into our system. The role involves converting physical or digital menus into structured formats for seamless customer ordering experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and upload restaurant menu data (items, prices, descriptions, images) into the system
• Ensure high accuracy and consistency in menu listings
• Categorize menu items properly (e.g., starters, mains, beverages)
• Format menus as per company guidelines
• Coordinate with onboarding/team for missing or unclear information
• Update menus based on changes from restaurant partners
• Maintain turnaround time for menu uploads
• RequirementsBasic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CMS tools)
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Understanding of food items and menu structures
• Ability to follow standardized formats and SOPs
• Prior data entry or catalog management experience is a plus
• Familiarity with menu digitization tools or POS systems
• Basic image handling (resize/compress)
