Job SummaryFour Pixels Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to support accurate and timely entry of healthcare and operational data across our digital platforms. The role is critical to maintaining high data integrity standards that support patient care, diagnostics reporting, clinical workflows, and internal analytics.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter patient, diagnostic, operational, and administrative data into internal systems and healthcare software platforms.
• Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR), reports, and databases in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before data entry.
• Coordinate with operations, clinical, and reporting teams to resolve data discrepancies or missing information.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient and organizational data at all times.
• Maintain daily data entry logs and follow defined turnaround time (TAT) protocols.
• Support report preparation, basic data compilation, and documentation as required.
• Follow SOPs related to healthcare data handling, quality checks, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in audits, internal reviews, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong typing speed with high accuracy.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
• Familiarity with healthcare data, diagnostics reports, or medical terminology is preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality norms in healthcare.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
