Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical candidate who can manage data entry tasks with accuracy and apply strong logical reasoning to validate, interpret, and process data. The role requires the ability to identify patterns, spot inconsistencies, and ensure data quality across various business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems with high accuracy.
• Perform logical reasoning-based checks to validate data consistency and correctness.
• Identify data gaps, mismatches, and anomalies using analytical thinking.
• Support reporting tasks through basic Excel functions (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, Filters, Pivot Table preferred).
• Review and clean large data sets, ensuring error-free submissions.
• Work closely with MIS/Operations teams to ensure data integrity.
• Generate basic reports and summaries based on data trends.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data-handling standards.
• Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsStrong command over MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Fast and accurate typing speed (min. 30–35 WPM preferred).
• Familiarity with data validation, formatting, and cleanup.
• Basic understanding of databases or ERP entries (preferred but not mandatory).
• Logical Reasoning & Analytical SkillsAbility to analyze data logically and solve simple to moderate problems.
• Good pattern recognition and error-spotting ability.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong numerical aptitude.
