Data Entry Specialist / Excel Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist/Excel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and be comfortable using fundamental formulas to process and analyze data. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, maintenance of spreadsheets, and assisting with data analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

-Knowledge of Tally and Busy Software.

-GRN (Material/ Receipt).

-Delivery Challan.

- Input, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.

- Utilize basic Excel formulas (such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, IF, VLOOKUP) to perform calculations and   analyze data.

- Assist in creating and maintaining reports using Excel to track performance metrics.

- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before final submissions.

- Collaborate with team members to gather and organize data for various projects.

- Perform data cleanup and ensure proper formatting of spreadsheets.

- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on basic formulas and functions.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in data entry.

- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Experience with data visualization tools (optional).
