Job Title: Debt Recovery Agent
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Debt Recovery Agent responsible for following up with customers on overdue payments and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via calls or field visits to collect outstanding payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and payments
- Explain payment options and consequences of non-payment to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for account updates
