We are hiring a Certified Debt Recovery Agent Telecaller who will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments through outbound calls while ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment recovery
Inform customers about outstanding dues, interest, and repayment options
Negotiate repayment plans as per company policy
Maintain accurate call records and follow up regularly
Handle customer objections and difficult conversations professionally
Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
Ensure strict adherence to RBI and company compliance guidelines
Mandatory Requirement
Valid Debt Recovery Agent Certificate is compulsory
Candidates without certification will not be considered
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in debt collection or telecalling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
