1.Responsibilities:Call customers to remind them about overdue payments.

2.Negotiate repayment plans or settlements.

3.Keep records of calls and update payment informations.

4.Handle customer objections or complaints calmly and professionally.

5.Follow company policies and guidelines while protecting customer information.

6.Candidates should have knowledge of EMI Collections , own bike, knowledge of WEST DELHI And North delhi & Central delhi locations & South delhi location .
