Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
- Diagnose and fix hardware problems (e.g., faulty memory, hard drives, motherboards)
- Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades
- Replace damaged or outdated hardware components
- Test computer systems to ensure proper functionality
- Keep records of repairs, upgrades, and maintenance
- Assist users with hardware-related issues
- Follow safety and security procedures when handling equipment
- Required SkillsKnowledge of computer hardware components

- Basic understanding of operating systems
