Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: North Delhi, East Delhi, South Delhi

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to provide technical support for desktops, printers, and UPS systems. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware & software issues in systems
• Handle installation and support of printers (network & local)
• Basic knowledge and handling of UPS systems
• Provide support for Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
• Manage LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues
• Perform system upgrades and regular maintenance
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation
• Provide on-site and remote support to users

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Desktop Support & Troubleshooting
• Experience with printers and UPS systems
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, IP configuration)
• Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (IT preferred)
• Certification like CCNA / Hardware & Networking (preferred)
