Digital Marketer

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert who specializes in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) conversion ad campaigns that generate real sales.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of performance marketing and a proven track record of driving revenue through paid advertising. If you know how to create, manage, and scale Meta campaigns that convert browsers into buyers — this role is for you.

• Key Responsibilities:Strategically plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) conversion campaigns aimed at increasing product sales.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS by continuously analyzing performance data and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets.
• Execute advanced strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and A/B testing to boost conversions.
• Scale ad budgets effectively while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals and copy that drive purchases.
• Track key sales metrics using Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Google Analytics to ensure measurable growth.
• Generate detailed performance reports highlighting insights, learnings, and strategies for further optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:Proven experience in running conversion-focused Meta ad campaigns that deliver consistent sales results.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising, sales funnels, and customer behavior.
• Skilled in tracking, analyzing, and improving campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and budget management skills.
• Prior experience with Shopify or online fashion/lifestyle brands is a major plus.
