About the Role:
IRAA Sustainability Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence for our education sector initiative – Mayflower Play School & coaching centre Manzil Education Hub, located at Dwarka Sector 9.
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Diploma in Digital Marketing (or relevant certification)
• Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing (internship experience can be considered)
• Candidates from Dwarka or nearby areas preferred
Key Skills:
Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Regular website updation
Need based data management & documentation support
Content creation & basic copywriting
Running & monitoring paid ads (Meta / Google – basic level)
Lead generation & campaign tracking
Basic knowledge of SEO & analytics
Comfortable with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google tools
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Responsibilities:
• Manage social media pages and posting schedules
• Create promotional content for courses, events & job postings
• Handle online inquiries and lead follow-ups
• Track performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns
Work Details:
• Timings: As per company policy (Day shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Salary: As per experience & market standards
