Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will support the entire digital marketing function at Hub and Oak. This includes assisting with SEO activities, basic backlink creation, paid advertising support, content coordination and social media execution. The role is suited for someone who is detail oriented, eager to learn and capable of handling multiple digital tasks across coworking, real estate and interior design verticals.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO support

Assist in keyword research and basic on page optimisation tasks. Create and manage backlinks across relevant directories, blogs and partner sites. Track ranking changes and share regular updates with the marketing team.

2. Paid ads support

Assist in preparing creatives, captions, copies and campaign inputs for Google and Meta ads. Coordinate with the senior marketing team to track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

3. Social media assistance

Help the social media manager schedule posts, update content calendars and track engagement. Organise content assets and follow up with the content creator and designer for pending posts.

4. Content coordination

Support the content writer with research inputs and help upload blogs or pages when required. Share scripts, captions or references with the content creator when needed.

5. Engagement monitoring

Track comments, messages and engagement across platforms. Highlight potential leads or queries to the sales and real estate teams.

6. Website and listing support

Assist in updating property listings, uploading photos and ensuring content accuracy on the website. Help coordinate with developers or technical teams when small updates are needed.

7. Reporting

Compile weekly performance summaries covering social media, SEO, ads and traffic insights. Coordinate data gathering from different team members to create unified internal reports.

8. Coordination with marketing team

Work closely with the senior marketing manager, social media manager, content writer, content creator and design team. Ensure smooth flow of information and timely execution of all digital tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Basic understanding of SEO, keywords and backlinks

2. Familiarity with Google and Meta platforms

3. Strong interest in digital marketing as a long term career path

4. Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques in digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications

1. Degree or certification in marketing or communication

2. Exposure to SEO tools like Search Console, Analytics or SEMrush

3. Basic familiarity with Canva or simple creative tools
