Job Summary:Sikka Group is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in real estate marketing. The role involves generating quality leads, managing digital campaigns, and strengthening the online presence of our residential and commercial projects across Delhi NCR.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Generate quality leads for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
• Manage property listings on portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, etc.
• Optimize website and landing pages for better conversions
• Run and monitor paid campaigns (PPC, display ads, remarketing)
• Handle SEO and improve organic search rankings
• Manage social media platforms and engagement campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales team to track lead conversion and performance
• Analyze campaign data and share weekly/monthly reports
• Create engaging content for ads, social media, and email campaigns
• Required Skills:Hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of real estate lead generation
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Good communication and content creation skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
