About the RoleETH Infra is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands real-estate lead generation and can scale campaigns while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities● Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads

● Drive high-intent real estate leads and improve CPL, CPA, and ROI

● Create, manage & optimize landing pages, ad creatives & audience targeting

● Implement A/B testing on ads, creatives, and funnels

● Monitor daily campaign performance & make data-driven decisions

● Coordinate with creative & sales teams for campaign alignment

● Build weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards

● Track lead quality and coordinate with CRM/tele-sales team

● Stay updated with latest digital marketing & real-estate marketing trends

 Required Skills & Qualifications● 5+ years of experience in performance marketing

● Proven success in real-estate lead generation campaigns (preferred)

● Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads

● Strong knowledge of Conversion Tracking, Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager

● Hands-on experience with landing pages, funnels & CRM systems

Excellent analytical skills & understanding of marketing metrics
