About Fintram Global, Fintram Global is a fast-growing professional education company preparing students for global finance careers. Our digital presence is a core growth engine and we are looking for someone who can own it completely, not just manage it.


This is a senior, full-ownership role -not an executive position with a manager above you doing the thinking. You will be the person building strategy, running campaigns, managing the CRM, and making sure our digital ecosystem runs without leaks.


If you're someone who thrives on data, loves performance marketing, and can manage SEO, paid ads, social media, CRM, and website health all at once- this role was built for you.


You Must Have - Non-Negotiable


  1. 5+ years of proven, hands-on digital marketing experience
  2. Immediate availability to join- we are not hiring for future dates. Candidates serving notice periods will not be shortlisted at this stage
  3. Demonstrated experience running paid campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube- with results to show
  4. Strong working knowledge of SEO -on-page, off-page, and technical
  5. Hands-on experience with a CRM platform
  6. Ability to independently handle website performance monitoring, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking
  7. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager


What You Will Own Paid Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Manage budgets, bids, targeting, creatives, and A/B testing for maximum ROI
  • Identify and fix funnel leaks across the entire journey: Ad → Landing Page → CRM → Sales


SEO & Organic Growth

  • Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategy
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification
  • Improve domain authority, organic rankings, and website traffic consistently


Social Media & Content

  • Manage social media calendars and content strategy across platforms
  • Oversee YouTube and Instagram channel growth- video optimization, thumbnails, titles, tags, descriptions, and analytics
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video teams

CRM & Lead Management

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system — leads, pipelines, automations, and workflows
  • Ensure seamless lead capture, assignment, and follow-up from all digital channels
  • Coordinate with the sales/counselling team to align lead quality and conversion processes
  • Build and optimize email workflows and lead nurturing sequences

Website & Analytics

  • Monitor website speed, UX, and performance continuously
  • Coordinate with developers for updates, integrations, and tracking implementations
  • Ensure tight integration between CRM, website forms, analytics tools, and ad platforms

Reporting

  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear KPIs, insights, and next steps
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership


What This Role Is NOT

  1. A role where you "oversee" while someone else executes- you will be hands-on
  2. Open to candidates without verifiable paid campaign experience or results
  3. Remote or hybrid , its a full-time, on-site in New Delhi
  4. Suitable for candidates who are working/serving notice period


  • Ideal Candidate Profile Has independently managed monthly ad spends with measurable outcomes
  • Can set up a Google Tag Manager container, create conversion events, and troubleshoot tracking independently
  • Understands how CRM pipelines connect to marketing funnels- not just in theory, but in practice
  • Speaks in numbers- CPL, CTR, bounce rate, organic sessions -these are your daily language
  • Relevant certifications preferred: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.
  • Strong portfolio or campaign results to share during interview
