Job Description
Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own and execute our paid marketing, website optimization, and performance analytics across all digital platforms. You’ll coordinate with our creative agency, oversee advertising budgets, and continuously refine campaigns to drive growth, conversions, and brand visibility. Start on a 6 month contract with the potential to convert full time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Ads Management
- Plan, run, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Amazon Advertising Console.
- Create structured A/B tests for ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Monitor daily spend, ROAS, and CPA performance; adjust strategies in real-time.
2. Website & Store Management
- Update the Shopify website with new product launches, homepage banners, and offers.
- Ensure all product pages have compelling visuals, optimized SEO, and clear CTAs.
- Coordinate with design/content teams for landing pages and promotional banners.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM tracking.
- Create weekly dashboards showing ad performance, traffic, conversions, and retention.
- Present monthly performance reviews with key learnings and action plans.
4. Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Develop monthly marketing calendars aligned with product launches and festive events.
- Brief and collaborate with creative/social media agencies for campaign assets.
- Manage and track campaign deliverables end-to-end.
5. Amazon Store & PPC Optimization
- Oversee product listings, A+ content, keywords, and sponsored ad campaigns.
- Track ACoS, impressions, and sales ranking to continuously improve performance.
6. Email / CRM Marketing (Optional Advantage)
- Manage customer retention campaigns via Klaviyo / WhatsApp / Email.
- Create and monitor automated flows for cart recovery and re-engagement.
Experience Required
- 3–6 years in digital marketing or performance marketing, ideally with D2C skincare, cosmetics, or wellness brands.
- Proven success with Meta and Amazon Ads (must show ROAS and campaign results).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and analytics dashboards.
- Comfortable working with creative teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Skills & Tools
- Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite
- Amazon Advertising Console (PPC, DSP)
- Shopify CMS & basic HTML familiarity
- Google Analytics 4 & Tag Manager
- Excel/Sheets for performance tracking
- Knowledge of SEO basics and CRO principles
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
KPIs / Measurable Outcomes
- ROAS: Minimum 3x across Meta and Amazon combined
- CAC: Maintain within target limits
- Website Traffic: +20% QoQ
- Conversion Rate: >2.5% on Shopify
- Amazon ACoS: Below 25% average
- Monthly Reporting: On-time delivery with insights and next steps
