DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

LOCATION - SANT NAGAR, DELHI

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who specializes in website management (WordPress) and performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads). You will be responsible for building and managing landing pages, setting up technical integrations (like Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager), and running high-conversion ad campaigns to generate quality leads at a low cost.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website & Funnel Management

• Build and update landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, or similar builders
• Optimize pages for speed, mobile, and conversions (CRO)
• Set up lead capture forms and integrations with tools like Google Sheets, etc.
• Implement tracking tools: Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Coordinate with design team (if needed) for graphics and layout

Performance Marketing

• Set up and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Run and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and audiences
• Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and increase conversion rates
• Monitor ad performance and report insights weekly
• Retarget and nurture cold/warm leads through funnel stages

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (focused on ads + landing pages)
• Strong experience with WordPress and landing page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery)
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
• Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
• Knowledge of basic analytics and conversion tracking
• Bonus: familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or CRM systems
