Job Description
Prepare dim sum items (Momos, Dumplings, Bao, Wontons, etc
Dough preparation, stuffing, shaping, and steaming/frying
Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi
Handle raw fish and seafood safely
Manage sushi section operations
Knowledge of sushi techniques
Manage mise en place for dim sum section
Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
Ensure hygiene and kitchen standards
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
2–5 years experience in dim sum / Chinese kitchen/Japanese cuisine
Knowledge of sauces and fillings
Fast and efficient working style
