Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Location: Nangloi, Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 12 Hours (Day Shift)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate the timely dispatch of goods. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining dispatch records, and coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations efficiently

• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and documentation of shipments
• Verify orders before dispatch to avoid errors or delays
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and delivery logs
• Communicate with delivery partners and transport vendors
• Track shipments and update status regularly
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or clients
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock availability
• Follow company policies and safety standards during dispatch

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Basic knowledge of dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software preferred)
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience in dispatch/logistics (1–2 years preferred)
• Local candidate from or near Nangloi, Delhi
• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking
