Job Description: Distributor Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

The Distributor Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets across the assigned territory. The role involves appointing and onboarding new distributors, maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors, and ensuring effective market coverage. The candidate will monitor distributor performance, ensure proper stock availability, and drive sales growth through regular market visits and sales reviews.

The role also includes planning and executing sales strategies, handling channel sales operations, managing territories efficiently, and leading field sales teams to achieve business objectives. Coordination with internal teams such as marketing and supply chain to ensure smooth operations is an important part of the role.

Experience:

3–7 years of relevant experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods sales, with proven experience in distributor handling and channel sales management.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of channel sales, territory management, distributor appointment, and team handling. Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are required.
