Job OverviewAdhyayan Mantra is seeking a skilled and experienced DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our team at GTB Nagar, North Delhi. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing, editing, and creating high-quality print and digital materials using industry-standard publishing and graphic design software. Strong typing skills in English, Hindi, and Mathematics are essential.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and create high-quality print and digital layouts using professional DTP software
• Perform accurate typing in English, Hindi, and Mathematics
• Edit and format educational and promotional content
• Ensure consistency in typography, layout, and design standards
• Handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Coordinate with the content and editorial teams for final output
• Required Skills & QualificationsSoftware Proficiency:
• 
  
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout design)
• Fast and accurate typing skills in English, Hindi, and Maths
• Basic mathematical knowledge for measurements, scaling, and layout calculations
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent attention to detail with a creative eye
• Work EnvironmentFull-time, office-based role
