🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage and record all Flipkart transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper reconciliation of payments, settlements, and expenses.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

1. Flipkart Transaction Management

• Record daily orders, returns, cancellations

• Track Flipkart settlements & payouts

• Maintain proper record of commissions, fees, penalties

2. Reconciliation Work

• Match Flipkart payment reports with bank statements

• Identify mismatches, deductions, missing payments

• Maintain weekly & monthly reconciliation reports

3. Bookkeeping & Accounting

• Maintain books in Tally / Excel / Zoho Books

• Record:

• Sales entries

• Expenses

• GST data

• Ensure all records are updated daily

4. Inventory & Financial Tracking

• Coordinate with inventory team

• Track COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)

• Maintain product-wise profitability reports

5. GST & Compliance Support

• Assist in GST filing preparation

• Maintain proper invoices and tax records

🧠 Required Skills:

• Experience in E-commerce accounting (Flipkart/Amazon preferred)

• Strong knowledge of:

• Excel (must)

• Tally / Zoho Books

• Understanding of:

• GST basics

• Marketplace settlement reports

📊 Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Similar background

• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce accounts

₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on experience)
