We are seeking a skilled and proactive Amazon Marketplace Specialist / E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our presence on Amazon UK & EU marketplaces, with a strong focus on FBA operations, listing optimization, and ad campaign management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving sales through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts for UK & EU marketplaces.
• Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
• Create and manage A+ Content to enhance brand visibility and conversion rates.
• Oversee and maintain FBA inventory health, restocking, and shipment planning.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor account health, customer reviews, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate weekly/monthly reports, and present insights with actionable strategies.
• Coordinate with creative teams for product images, infographics, and content improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities across the platform including promotions, deals, and new marketplace expansion.
• Handle case creation and resolution with Amazon Seller Support as needed.
