Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive E-commerce Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller portals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing product listings, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth operations across major e-commerce platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize product listings specifically on Amazon,Flipkart & Myntra platforms.

Regularly update product details, inventory levels, images, and pricing to maximize visibility and sales.

Coordinate order processing, track shipments, and ensure timely dispatch.

Address client and customer queries via email, including order status, payment information, and product inquiries.

Manage claims, returns, and customer feedback on e-commerce portals.

Analyze performance metrics on Amazon and Flipkart to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the technical/web team to address website or user experience issues.

Ensure all listings comply with marketplace guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

1. 1–2 years of proven experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller portals.

2. Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.

3. Proficiency in managing product catalogs, content updates, and customer communications.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
