E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, optimize content, track sales performance, and analyze data to improve sales across online marketplaces and our own e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling e-commerce operations and sales analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listings & Optimization:

Manage and update product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, First cry, Blink it.

Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability.

Optimize listings for SEO and visibility to maximize conversions.

Sales & Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze sales data, trends, and competitor pricing.

Generate reports on sales performance, revenue, and key metrics.

Identify gaps and suggest strategies to improve sales and rankings.

Inventory & Order Management:

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely stock updates.

Monitor stock levels and prevent stock outs or overstocking.

Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries when needed.

Marketing & Promotions:

Work closely with the marketing team to manage promotions, deals, and ad campaigns.

Suggest data-driven strategies for improving conversions and visibility.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in e-commerce , preferably in consumer goods, in all Ecommerce Platforms, Especially Amazon, Firstcry.

Strong understanding of online marketplaces and product listing best practices.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, First cry Seller Hub.
