E-Commerce Executive

E-commerce ExecutiveJob Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels, especially on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, online marketplace operations, and product listing management.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, mainly Amazon
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
• Monitor product inventory, pricing, and availability
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Plan and execute Amazon promotions, deals, and offers
• Track sales performance, traffic, and conversions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel
• Analyze data to improve sales and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines
• Required Skills & Knowledge:Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO for product listings
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management (preferred)
• Preferred (Good to Have):Experience with Amazon ads (Sponsored Products)
• Knowledge of other platforms like Flipkart, Shopify, or Meesho
