E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator & Sales Executive to manage and grow online sales across multiple digital platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zoho, Jio, and the company website. The role involves end-to-end management of product listings, including creation, optimization with SEO-friendly content, accurate pricing, and compliance with marketplace policies. Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, PO and order fulfillment coordination, handling customer queries, managing returns, and ensuring smooth workflow execution as per SOPs. The candidate will execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional offers while working closely with marketing, design, logistics, and vendor teams. The role also requires tracking sales performance, preparing daily/weekly reports, analyzing data to improve conversion rates, and supporting B2B/B2C sales inquiries through CRM tools. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital sales processes, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
