E-Commerce Executive

Resorb Store is looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces, ensuring listing accuracy, sales growth, account health, and smooth coordination between operations, ads, and logistics.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Monitor account health metrics, policy compliance, and resolve account-related issues
• Handle order management, returns, refunds, RTOs, and customer escalations
• Coordinate with QC, packing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Analyze sales performance, pricing, and competition to drive growth
• Plan and execute deals, offers, and promotions as per marketplace calendars
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads) to improve ROI
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Handle claims, reimbursements, and seller protection cases
• Stay updated with marketplace policy changes and best practices
