Paam97 Technologies is a growing lithium battery and energy solutions brand specializing in EV batteries, solar battery packs, V-Mount batteries, and customized lithium solutions. We are expanding our B2B operations and looking for a dedicated IndiaMART Executive to manage and convert leads efficiently.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complete IndiaMART seller panel
• Respond quickly to buyer inquiries (within 5–10 minutes)
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Regular follow-up with hot and warm leads
• Maintain proper lead tracking and update CRM
• Upload and optimize product listings
• Improve response rate and inquiry conversion ratio
• Coordinate with production & dispatch team
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Required Skills Experience handling IndiaMART dashboard
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication (Hindi & English)
• Good follow-up and closing ability
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Target-oriented mindset
• Qualification Graduate in any field
• 1–3 years experience in IndiaMART or B2B sales
• Experience in battery / electronics industry preferred

💰 Salary₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
