E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: E-commerce Manager  

Company: Good Leather Garments  

Location: Delhi (On-site)  

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (E-commerce / Shopify Preferred)

1. Product Listing & Management  

- Upload and manage products (jackets, shoes, bags)  

- Write SEO-friendly titles & descriptions  

- Manage variants (size, color, stock)  

2. Website Management  

- Maintain website layout and homepage banners  

- Update product thumbnails and images  

- Ensure smooth website performance  

3. Offers & Discount Strategy (MOST IMPORTANT)  

- Plan and implement offers (festive, combo, seasonal)  

- Apply discounts and pricing strategies  

- Work on increasing average order value (AOV)  

4. Conversion Optimization  

- Improve add-to-cart and checkout process  

- Reduce cart abandonment  

- Increase COD & prepaid conversions  

5. Technical Issue Handling  

- Identify and fix website errors  

- Coordinate with developers if required  

- Manage payment gateway issues  

6. Analytics & Reporting  

- Track daily sales and performance  

- Monitor conversion rate, bounce rate  

- Identify best-selling and low-performing products

### Requirements:  

- Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce or similar platforms  

- Strong understanding of e-commerce sales funnel  

- Knowledge of SEO basics & product optimization  

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads & Google Analytics (preferred)  

- Problem-solving mindset with sales focus
