E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales for Godrej products, including lockers, safes, mattresses, and locks. The candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, GeM Portal, and website sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on Amazon, Flipkart, and GeM
• Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries
• Optimize product listings (SEO, images, descriptions) to increase sales
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
• Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies
• Manage website orders and ensure smooth online operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and GeM Portal
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and product optimization
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
