E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: E-Commerce Executive (Amazon & Flipkart)

Job Summary Tansy Creation is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalog management, order processing, and performance optimization to drive online sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon and Flipkart

• Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversions

• Handle end-to-end catelogue management including variations, pricing, and inventory updates

• Monitor and manage orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries

• Coordinate with internal teams for product data, images, and stock availability

• Plan and execute platform promotions, deals, and sales events

• Track account health, seller performance metrics, and compliance with marketplace policies

• Generate regular sales and performance reports

• Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account-related problems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience handling Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub

• Strong knowledge of product listing, cataloging, and A+ content (preferred)

• Understanding of SEO for marketplace listings

• Familiarity with promotions, ads (Amazon PPC preferred), and pricing strategies

• Good analytical and reporting skills • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fashion / lifestyle / handmade products (if applicable to Tansy Creation)

• Knowledge of other marketplaces (Meesho, Myntra, etc.) is a plus
