Job Title: Government e-Commerce Executive (GeM Executive)

Job Summary

A Government e-Commerce Executive manages a company’s products and business activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The role involves product listing, bid/tender participation, order management, and coordination with government buyers to secure and process government orders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings and catalog updates on the GeM portal

Search and identify relevant government bids and tenders

Prepare and submit bids/tenders with required documents

Coordinate with government departments for order processing and communication

Update product pricing, specifications, and availability

Track orders, delivery status, and payment processes

Handle invoices, documentation, and compliance related to GeM orders

Ensure company activities follow GeM portal policies and guidelines

Required Skills

Knowledge of the GeM portal and government procurement process

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Documentation)

Tender and bid management skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Attention to detail and documentation management

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or any graduate)

06–1 years of experience in GeM operations or tender management

Salary (India – Approx.)

Experienced: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
